The Podere Nuti – “La Regola” holiday home, recently renovated, is located just 2 km from the beaches of Mazzanta, on the Tuscan coast near Livorno. Both the sea, the beach “Le Gorette”, the magnificent pine forest, biogenetic reserve of “La Mazzanta”, are easily reachable by bicycle with a quiet road about 1.5 km through the green countryside.
