At the winery “La Regola”, owned by the owners. Saturday from 15:00 to 18:00 unless notice of delay due to unforeseen causes and in that case the identification documents of the guests must be sent to complete the legal procedures before arrival;

  • Check-out:

At Podere Nuti – “La Regola”. Saturday no later than 10:00 am; consumption included: electricity, water, gas and final cleaning;

  • Extra:

Final cleaning €50.00;

  • Linen:

Free supply of sheets and towels. Change on request for €. 10.00 per person

  • Crib:

Included subject to availability by reservation;

  • Deposit:

€ 150.00 in cash upon arrival.

  • Internet:

Free service on request.

  • City tax:

To be paid in cash upon arrival equal to € 1,00 per person per day excluding children under 14 and the disabled (subject to changes by the competent authority);

  • Animals:

Small / medium size allowed (max 25 kg) at a cost of € 5.00 per day per animal. Leash and muzzle mandatory with free access only to the garden area and not to the pool area;

  • Pool:

Open from 01/06 to 30/09 from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00;

  • Parking:

Included inside the structure (maximum one car per apartment);
